Talks and Workshops
Jonathan Ash is an experienced speaker and has been booked many times for his "Hidden Disabilities" one hour talk about his colourblindness and autism and how they have helped and hindered his journey as an artist and small business owner. He has also run a number of two hour workshops which incorporate the talk as well as participants having a go at some of the techniques Jonathan Ash uses when he paints. It gets wonderfully messy.
See below for more information and feedback from participants.
Hidden DisAbilities
How colourblindness and autism help (and sometimes hinder) my practice as an artist and small business owner). Below are some of the comments from participants, and details of how to book a talk or workshop.
"I am so grateful to Jonathan for giving a wonderful workshop, challenging what is perceived as normal and revealing a different perspective of the world around us."
"It was great to hear a speaker who could talk, without notes, but with conviction and clarity. I really enjoyed the whole session."
"How wonderful to have a speaker who was so open about himself and who has given me the incentive to find my super powers."
"What positive vibes Jonathan gave off. He spoke about his autism, how he dealt with being colour blind and all so matter of fact. No feeling sorry for himself; rather the reverse. He rose to the challenges and used his abilities, not disabilities, in such a marvellous way. Brilliant."
"I would recommend Jonathan to any group as he has a wonderful way to speak with and to people. All our members were delighted with him as a speaker."
